If for some reason, Criminal or other, someone tries to capture your data in transit, it is useless to them because of the encryption. The "Operator" needs to know the unique number of the "Client" (ID) before any connecting can occur to the remote computer system. No one may connect to a client's computer without the permission of the "Client".
